Learning Fun In Classroom
3 Stray 1 Stay
This activity is an integrated strategy for cooperative learning that further encourages students to be actively involved in their learning process. This strategy is very much in line with the 21st Century Learning approach that emphasizes the development of 4 Ibnu Amir D concepts in student learning, namely collaborative, creative, critical thinking and communication skills.
The method is also simple.A student will sit at the presentation table as a 'young teacher'. Meanwhile, 3 other students from the same group will 'stray' to another station to gain knowledge from the presentation of the other group.
This collaborative group activity will encourage students to communicate in the delivery of their ideas and insights, as well as generate creative and critical thinking during the learning process.

Teachers act as facilitators to facilitate the learning process among students. The teacher also acts as a consultant if the student is confronted with questions and problems.
There are many advantages to using this strategy. In addition to teachers acting as facilitators, and students really learning, every student has the opportunity to leverage their talents in communicating information well.
Watch the video below to help you better understand the 21st Century R&D Strategy, 3 Stray 1 Stay
You can see for yourself that students are actively engaged throughout the session. In fact, these collaborative activities also train students to communicate more confidently in their ideas.
May this partnership be a useful knowledge for all of us. Have fun!
